About Us

Mission Statement

The Cannabis Trade Council's mission is to help the cannabis industry to grow and flourish through self-regulation while keeping the needs of the patient foremost. Our members are commited to providing safe and affordable access to medical cannabis for patients and to upholding Article XVIII, Section 14 of the Colorado Constitution, Colorado's Medical Marijuana Amendment. We are a forward-looking organization, always providing solutions to problems and lobbying for the highest standards. Each member takes the following pledge:

Our business is committed to providing Colorado patients with safe, affordable and confidential access to quality medical cannabis. Our business pledges to uphold and defend Article XVIII, Section 14 of the Colorado Constitution, Colorado's Medical Marijuana Law. We sincerely believe that what is good for patients is good for business, and we will always put patients first.
